Excellent expansion of pre-story

Wonderful to be back in the Shannara world - this book continues
Armageddon‘s Children, which continues the Knight of the Word
series. It‘s too bad that the world has to end to open up the future
world of magic and faerie of Shannara. But this book continues that
downward spiral into destruction with passion, compassion,
supreme effort and sacrifice. Excellent listen!

I just got into the Shannara series about 2 years
ago and after this book... I felt that he really
did fill in all the blanks about the beginning of
the story line. The entire series is just
wonderful. I would listen to it again and maybe
again too.
